  • ૨ રિંગણ
  • ૧ ડુંગળી
  • ૨૦૦ એમ.એલ દહીં
  • ૩ ચમચી ચણાનો લોટ
  • કોથમીર લીલાં મરચાં મેથીના દાણા લવીંગ લાલ મરચાં
  • તેલ મીઠું રોજીંદા મસાલા

  1. 1

    સૌ પ્રથમ રિંગણ અને ડુંગળી ને ઝીણાં સમારીને રાખો.

  2. 2

    હવે એક કડાઈમાં તેલ મૂકી તેમાં રાઈ જીરું લીમડો લીલાં મરચાં નાખી રિંગણ અને ડુંગળી વઘાર કરો.

    હવે તેને ધીમા તાપે ચડવા દો.

  4. 4

    એક બાઉલમાં દહીં ચણાનો લોટ ને સરખી રીતે મિક્સ કરો.

  5. 5

    હવે રિગણ ચડી જાય પછી તેમાં દહીંનું મિશ્રણ નાખીને હલાવો.

  6. 6

    હવે તેમાં મીઠું ખાંડ હળદર ધાણાજીરું કોથમીર નાખી ઉકાળી લો.

  7. 7

    બે ત્રણ ઉભરા આવે પછી નીચે ઉતારી લો.

  8. 8

    હવે એક નોનસ્ટિક પેનમાં તેલ મૂકી તેમાં રાઈ જીરું લીમડો લાલ મરચાં મેથીના દાણા મરચું નાખી ઉપરથી વઘાર કરી આ રિંગણ ની કઢી ને રોટલા સાથે સર્વ કરો.
