Assemble ingredients

Boiled Noodles

In a deep wok / kadhai, heat oil, then add ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds, then add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish then add all veggies and stir fry till veggies turn soft yet crunchy. Add salt + sauces and mix well.

Add boiled Noodles and toss well. add pepper powder to boiled noodles and mix gently and make sure that noodles coats well with the veggie mixture.
Cook further for few more minutes and Chowmein is ready. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with spring onion. - 5
Serve hot hot and enjoy to the fullest.
