An amazing Indo-Chinese starter dish that can be a great option for any party or festivities. It's an easy one to do as well. A perfect Vegetarian version that's equally awesome and delicious.
It's absolutely an anytime and any day menu plan that can be thoroughly enjoyed. And not only does it goes well with Chapatis or Parathas, it pairs well alongside simple boiled Rice and Daal too.
Flavourful and aromatic, it's a great one. My family just loves it. And I usually pack this in their Lunchboxes too.
Infact this is a perfect choice for mealtimes, be it Lunch or Dinner. Or even a holiday Brunch.

Steps

Marinate the Okra or Bhindi with all the spices. Add both the Flours too. Mix well. Leave aside for half an hour. Don't forget to cover it well.

Heat oil and deep fry them until tender. Remove them on an absorbent paper. Set aside until use.

Heat Oil for seasoning now. Add Curry Leaves, Garlic cloves chopped and slit Green Chillies. Fry them for a minute. Then add the Onion and Capsicum chunks. Saute all of them on a medium high heat until a bit crisp and the rawness fades.

Add fried Okra to this seasoning and toss well. Cover and let it heat up for about 5-8 minutes. Serve hot with Naans, Chapatis, Rotis, Phulkas and Rumaali Rotis too. However it can served with your favourite Rice dishes too. Yum! Enjoy!
