Nutritious and delicious soup served as a mid meal. Quick to prepare, filled with walnuts, fresh green peas and broccolii. It's thick but not heavy on the stomach.
Steps

Wash broccoli. Break into florets.(1/2 cup broccoli florets). Boil 1 cup water. Off the flame. Add broccoli florets with salt. Cover and soak for 5 minutes. Keep aside.
Boil fresh green peas with salt and a pinch of sugar. Drain boiled peas add in cold water after 1 minute strain and keep aside. - 2
Peel and chopped onion and garlic. Chopped broccoli stem into small pieces. Chopped walnuts pieces. In cooking pan add heat butter. Add chopped onion, garlic cloves, broccoli stem, walnuts pieces. Saute for few minutes.

Add water and boil. After one boil add broccoli florets.

Add boiled water(stock of broccoli), salt and black pepper powder. Covered and cook for few minutes.

Cool and blend into smooth soupy mixture. Transfer it in cooking pan. Cook for 1 Boil. (If needed add salt to taste). Pour it in serving soup bowl.

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Broccoli Soup garnishing with chopped walnuts pieces and boiled green peas on winter day!
