Ingredients

  1. 250 gmswheat flour
  2. 300 gmsgond/ding
  3. 300-350 gmsjaggery
  4. 150 gmssaunth powder
  5. 2-3 tbspblack pepper powder
  6. 100 gmsdessicated coconut or grated dry coconut
  7. 50-100 gmspoppy seed
  8. 250-300 gmsghee (as required)
  9. 2-3 tbspcardamom powder
  10. 1 cupfinely chopped dry fruits or roasted &grounded powder

Steps

    Heat gheei and a kadai. Add the gond. It will crackle and become big. Remove it and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Similarly roast the coconut and the poppy seeds. Even grind the gond to fine powder.

  3. 3

    Now roast the dry fruits and either chop or grind to a powder.

  4. 4

    Now take ghee, roast the flour till aromatic and color changes. Now add the gond, coconut, poppy seeds, saunth powder, black pepper powder, cardamom powder and the dry fruits.

  5. 5

    Heat ghee and allow the jaggery to dissolve completely.

  6. 6

    Now add the jaggery mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add ghee if required.

  7. 7

    Grease your palms and make balls as per your choice.

  8. 8

    Your ding k ladoos are ready. One ladoo every day in the mornings on empty stomach with a glass of hot milk increases your health, immune system. Good for the back pain etc especially for females its a must
