Winter spl Gond k ladoo. Some places it's called Ding k ladoo. Edible gum very healthy option during winter's. Females have it after their delivery. It's made in different ways. Here is one of the method.

Heat gheei and a kadai. Add the gond. It will crackle and become big. Remove it and keep it aside.

Similarly roast the coconut and the poppy seeds. Even grind the gond to fine powder.

Now roast the dry fruits and either chop or grind to a powder.

Now take ghee, roast the flour till aromatic and color changes. Now add the gond, coconut, poppy seeds, saunth powder, black pepper powder, cardamom powder and the dry fruits.

Heat ghee and allow the jaggery to dissolve completely.

Now add the jaggery mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add ghee if required.

Grease your palms and make balls as per your choice.

Your ding k ladoos are ready. One ladoo every day in the mornings on empty stomach with a glass of hot milk increases your health, immune system. Good for the back pain etc especially for females its a must
