A lovely looking Starter for any party or a get together or even a family meal on a relaxed weekend. Be it any reason, this one is sure to impress all. Juicy little stir fried Baby Corns which are then tossed in Honey and Chilli to get that perfect crunch and flavour.
This is an amazing take on the ever popular Honey Chilli Chicken. And to date, there have been umpteen number of variations on this stunner.
The preparation might not be exact with all, but the flavour and texture is always the best. Unlike in it's original counterpart, here I have used Chilli powder instead of dry Red Chilli paste.
The best part is that it is loved by all. And this one here is the popular Vegetarian version made by us Indians using our homemade spices when it comes to Chilli powder mostly. The final dish is in front of all to have a look. Though the mere glimpse of it cannot justify it's amazing taste and texture. It's time to dig in and experience.
That's all. Relish!

Steps
- 1
Cut Baby Corns into halves. Also cut the Capsicums into big or small cubes according to one's own preferences. Keep everything handy to get on with the preparation of the dish.
- 2
Meanwhile heat Oil and saute the minced Garlic at first. Add the Baby Corn halves along with Capsicum cubes and stir fry until done. This is done to maintain the crunch. Toss them in little Cornflour and can even shallow fry if desired. But I just preferred stir frying them a bit as they already are so tender and juicy.
- 3
Mix in Cornflour in little water and add the rest of the ingredients with that except the Honey. Cover and cook until 2-3 minutes. Now finally toss in Honey until well combined. That's it. Sprinkle Sesame Seeds and chopped Spring Onions. It's all done.

Serve this amazing dish immediately alongside any Indian Bread. Yum!
