1 serving

4 tbspOatmeal (I use the Quick Cooking )
1 tbspGraham cracker crumbs or one full cracker smushed
2 tbspraisins
1 tbsp-brown sugar or Sweetener of choice
2 smallwhite meat peaches (or fresh peaches, I happen to have a peach tree )
1/3 cupwater or milk
1 dashsalt
1 dashcinnamon and nutmeg

Place all in microwave safe bowl, Cook for 1 min. Stir and cook 1 min more. I like it plain....Add milk or Cream and enjoy.
