Boiled Sweet Potato Chaat

Wash and Place Sweet potato in a pressure cooker with water to cover. Bring it to full pressure (1st whistle), then turn off and set aside to cool before opening.

Drain water and peel when cool enough to handle. Cut into ¾-inches pieces.

Add chaat masala, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, black salt (kala namak), Gently mix with a spoon.

Squeeze a lemon and mix well but gently to combine. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately.
