Cut all veggies in small pieces. Blend all masala in mixture grinder. Keep aside. Boil Cauliflower in water for 1 minute. Strain the water & keep aside. Heat oil in kadai & fry Cauliflower with salt. Keep aside.Then fry Capsicum, keep aside.

Then add all veggies in oil & fry it well. Add blended masala in it. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes in medium to high flame.

Then add milk with it. Add fried Cauliflower, Capsicum, sal & sugar. Cover & cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Add butter & garam masala. Rest it for 10 minutes. Now mixed Vegetable is ready to serve.
