Mix flour,sugar,yeast,and the food color until combined

Add fat and salt and mix until the fat combine with the dry ingredients

Add water and mix until soft..
NB: the dough should not be hard - 4
Cover the dough and leave for 1 - 1.5 hours to proof

Cut the dough into pieces of 40-50g each and place them on a baking tray
- 6
Cover again and leave it to proof enough

Bake in an oven at 180⁰ c for 20mins
