Separate the egg yolks from the whites in a bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar to the yolks and mix with an electric mixer. Then add the liqueur and melted butter, mixing well.

Finely chop the almonds and amaretti cookies, then add them to the yolk mixture and stir. Add the cocoa powder, melted chocolate, baking powder, and gently fold in the beaten egg whites, mixing from bottom to top until combined.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour.
