4 bunch of Palak. Clean it and soak in Lukewarm water with haldi powder and salt for 1/2 hrs. So that the impurities will goes off. After 1/2 an hrs. Strain the water and wash with fresh water till the dust goes off. Once it is done then keep aside. Heat mustard oil in a cooker.Fry 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 dry red chilli fry for few minutes. Then add 1 finely chopped onion. Fry for few minutes. Then add haldi powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt as needed..

Mix.well then add chopped Palak. Mix.it well. Then add washed dal. Mix it well

Add water as needed. Close the lid and wait for 3 whistles. After 3 whistles switch off the flame. Cool it and take out the lid. Check it if it done. Then add chopped dhania leaves. Again close the lid for few minutes so that the flavor of dhania leaves will be their in the curry. Once it done. Then transfer to a serving dish.
