Ingredients

1 bowlsoaked arhar daal
1tomato chopped
1onion chopped
as per tasteSalt
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspgaram masala
2 tspdesi ghee
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tsphing/ asafoetida

Steps

Boil daal by adding salt, turmeric powder, and tomato.

Now take a pan heat oil add hing, cumin seeds, and onion, and saute it. Add in boiled dal.

Now add all spices to the daal and mix well and Serve.
