Firstly take a bunch of green leafy vegetable clean and wash, take above all d ingredients together.

Cut chopped onion, tomato,green chillies, garlic and shepu leafy vegetable, heat d kadhai, pour oil, if oil is hot add chopped garlic,

Onion, green chillies and saute for a five minutes after that add chopped tomato and salt.

Mix it well and cook for a minutes and add chopped shepu green leafy vegetable mix it nicely and cook for five to ten minutes, now our winter special shepu green leafy vegetable sabji is ready to serve.
