Sarson Ka Saag

Take sarso leaves, spinach, bathua and wash them and finely chop them

Put water in the cooker for boiling and then put all green vegetables in it add green chilli and some salt in it. Cook it for minimum 30 minutes on low flame

Take ginger & tomato make fine paste

Heat a pan add ghee add tomato paste in it & cook till mixture leaves the pan

In a mixer jar add boiled green vegetables & make paste, add this mixture in the pan & cook for 10 to 15 minutes

Transfer in a bowl, put a piece of butter on it and serve hot with makka ki poori & salad
