Marinate Mutton -
Take a bowl add mutton pieces and all marination ingredients and mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes, keep aside. - 2
Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker and fry potato pieces and keep aside. Then same oil add bay leaves and all whole garam masala and saute few seconds then add onion slices and fry well.

Now add marinated mutton, salt and mix it well, cover and cook on low flame till the mutton pieces are almost cooked and oil leaves in surface of the pressure cooker. Add fried potato pieces.

Now add hot water and garam masala powder, cover the lead and cook for 3-4 whistles. Manshor jhol/Mutton jhol is ready.

Serve it with steam rice/ bhat.
