Prepare powder from roasted ingredients

Roast ragi flour in ghee.when flour changes colour adds roasted dry fruit powder. Combine well.

Then dry roast sesame seeds, and mix with ragi flour.

Then add jaggery powder and hot ghee & prepare pinni with your hands. preserve in an air-tight jar & enjoy 😋
