Chop onions, ginger, green chilli, cashews add 1/4 cup of water and boil for 3-4 minutes.

Let it cool down completely. Make a fine paste.

In a wide pan add the grinded paste, green Peas, salt and all dry masalas, 1/2 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.

Once green Peas cooks well Add roughly chopped fenugreek leaves and boil for 3 minutes. Add fresh cream and switch off the flame. Methi Matar Malai is ready to serve.
