First of all, take flour in a mixing bowl, add finely chopped fenugreek and oil and mix it, after that make a tight dough by adding water as required.

Make small portions of it and make it smooth, add dry flour and roll small luchies.

Heat the oil, put the rolled luchi in it, when it puffs up on one side, flip it over and fry it on the other side until it turns golden brown on both the sides.

Serve hot luchi
