Chana Saag Fry

During winter this chana is cultivated in our village paddy field. This saag is very delicious and healthy too. This saag has micro nutrients and especially the potassium element essential for our body. This chana Saag is different in structure and unique flavour.
I cooked this chana Saag Fry in a simple village way without using any masala. I skipped using garlic to keep the flavour intact.
