Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 4potatoes
  3. 1 bowlboiled bathua
  4. 4potatoes
  5. 2green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspred chillies powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. as per tastesalt
  10. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    First of all boil bathua and potatoes then peel and mesh the potatoes. Squeeze the bathua. Take a bowl add flour mix salt and make dough then rest for 5 minutes.

    For stuffing take a bowl add boiled potatoes, bathua, chilli, onion, salt and all ingredients.....mix well.

    Then stuff in a dough ball and make a parantha.fry on tawa from both side till golden brown by applying oil.

    Aloo bathua paratha is ready to serve.
