Ingredients

  1. 1 headgarlic, minced
  2. 1 tspoyster sauce
  3. Halftsp dark soy sauce
  4. Halftsp flour
  5. Pinchwhite pepper
  6. 1pack

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash properly lettuce, then blanch it.

  2. 2

    Arrange in a plate and set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat pan and add oil. Stir fry garlic until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Then pour sauce mixture then simmer for 3-5 mins.

  5. 5

    Pour on top of lettuce.
