2small packages Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cupminute rice, uncooked
2canned cream of mushroom soup
1small onion, chopped
Pinchoregano
1 cupcheese whiz or medium cheddar cheese
1/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupmelted butter

Par cook mixed vegetables and onion together.

Mix all remaining ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Or slow cooker on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 hours
