  • 1 LargeEgg
  • 1 CupOats
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 CupChocolate Chips
  • 1/3 CupSugar
  • 2/3 CupBrown Sugar
  • 2 tspVanilla Essence

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients and sieve them.

    Beat butter,sugar,brown sugar,egg.

    Mix this mixture to dry ingredients.

    Add chocolate chips and oats,if feel dry add little amount of milk.

    Mix well,cover with cling and refrigerate for 30 mins.Pre heat oven and scoop mixture on baking try.

    Bake until light brown.Cool on rack and serve.
