Wash rice, soak for 20 minutes, heat ghee in a pressure cooker add bay leaf, cinnamon, chilies, and cloves, and saute for 30 seconds.

Add chopped vegetables of your choice, and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add soaked rice,garam masala, salt, and chopped coriander leaves, add water 1:2 ratio, close the lid, get 1 whistle, let it cool at room temperature, open the lid & transfer to serving dish& Serve hot.
