I have had a pack of bay leaves since forever. and when I saw this challenge I just knew it was time for some bay.leaves tea..

I quickly checked to be sure the expiration date was still valid.. and yep..it was still good for consumption. 💃👊👍✌

Normally, bay leaves tea is really good for regulating sugar level , so I decided to pair it up with some cloves and sweetened with some tablespoon of dates syrup.😉

So here's my very easy breezy but refreshing bay leaves and cloves tea recipe, you can try it hot warm or even cold
