In a large mixing bowl, add oil and powdered sugar and mix it well using whisker.

Put a strainer on the bowl, add maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and strain it. Mix everything well into one direction.

Now grease a cake tin with butter. Meanwhile Pre heat the kadhai and put one rack stand into it.

Pour the cake batter into the tin and tap it twice. Put this tin into kadhai and cover the kadhai and let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame.

Check it by inserting toothpic or a knife. Once its done, flame off and take the tin out and let it be cool completely.

Once its cool completely then only cut it into three equal layers.

Beat the whipped cream until it gets a peak. Now apply the whipped cream on each three layers and crumb coat the cake. Put this cake into refrigerator.

Now melt the dark chocolate adding milk & butter to it using double boiler method. When it is melted, let it cool slightly and then pour it over the cake to give dripping effect. After that put the cake in refrigerator for 5 mins.

Take out and garnish as per your choice. Delicious dark Chocolate truffle Cake is ready.
