Steps

Wash & chop the spinach.Heat a pan add oil put mustard seeds & red chilli crackle a bit.Than add chop garlic & onion sauted till it's becomes golden brown.

Add arbi fry nicely.Than add all other veggies salt & a pinch of turmeric sauted nicely.If veggies.are nicely done than add spinach mix it well & cooked nicely.Add greenchilli & 1/2 tsp mustard oil mix it & cover it 10 sec.

Palak Ki Sabji is ready.Serve with hot rice.
