Methi malai matar
Steps

Boil onions and cashews for 15 minutes. Or onions become transparent. Allow it to cool down.

In a mixer jar add garlic cloves, green chilli.blend to paste. Now blend onion and cashews to thick paste.

Now in the pan add 1 tbspoon oil, saute washed and chopped methi leaves. Keep aside. Now in the same pan add oil.add garlic chilli paste. Saute

Add chopped onion, saute. Now add green peas. saute for couple of minutes.

Now add methi leaves, mix well add thick paste of cashews and onion. Saute well. Now add water to adjust consistency.

Add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt,sugar and kasuri methi. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Now blend malai in mixer jar and mix (you can add fresh cream as well).

Add 2 tbspoons of water.mix well cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with chapati or phulka. Enjoy.
