  4. 4egg yolk, 4 tbsp creme and 1 cup Parmersan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Lightly pork Shoulder Loin Steak then Season with salt, deep in flour, eggs, and panko bread crumbs, deep fry for full 7 to 8 minutes then let it rest

    Cook pasta in Salted water full 13 minutes, then drain excess water then pour egg, cheese and cream mixture and mix well and serve

  3. 3

    Serve with refreshing cucumber with dries sour Plum and kalamansi juice, Chili sauce over tonkatsu
