Pound the fresh chilies and garlic until crushed, then add the peanut brittle and pound until fine. Add fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice, and adjust the taste as desired. Finally, add a little cilantro.

Once the chicken is cooked, place it on a plate, pour the fragrant broth over it, and finish with a sprinkle of cilantro leaves. The flavor is very delicate.
