Ingredients

2 people
  • 2 cupsboiled rice
  • handful kaju
  • leavescurry
  • 1 table spoonginger garlic paste
  • 2red chilli
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 table spoonmustard and cumin seeds
  • 2-3 tbspoil
  • Pinchmustard
  • 1 table spoonchenna
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1/2 table spoonsambar powder
  • As requiredSalt to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil.once the oil heats keep the flame in low. Add mustard and cumin seeds. When it starts crackle add curry leaves, red chilli, green chilli, kaju, chenna dal, peanuts. Mix it.

    Now add ginger garlic paste. Mix it. Add turmeric, salt, sambar powder. Mix it well. Add boiled rice. Mix it well.

    Now the yummy and spicy ginger garlic rice is ready.
