  1. 1 1/4 cupswhole milk
  2. 1/2brown sugar
  3. 2 Tablespoonmelted butter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 tablespoonA-P flour
  6. 1 pinchground cinnamon
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 tablespoonvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Whisk together milk, brown sugar, butter, egg, flour, cinnamon and salt in a heavy sauce pan until smooth. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon, 10 - 12 minutes. Still in vanilla extract.
