In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, green chilli, baking soda. Mix well.

Add water gradually, make a thick and flowing batter of phulki.

Now, whisk the batter in one direction so air particles incorporate into the batter.

Heat oil in a pan, drop small balls of phulki one by one to medium hot oil on medium flame. Stir occasionally.

Fry the phulki till they turn golden brown.

Now, in a mixing bowl, add yogurt, salt, black salt, sugar and water. Mix well.

Add in hot and fried phulki into dahi mixture. Mix them in the curd. Cover it and keep it aside to set.

Serving memethod 1 : In a bowl, add dahi and soaked phulki. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes, cumin powder and coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli. Mix well and add tempering on dahi phulki.

Serve with some tomato pieces and onion rings.

Serving method 2 : In a bowl add dahi and soaked phulki.

Now add some tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, black salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and coriander leaves.

Finally, topped dahi phuli with some sev and serve.
