In a blender, add coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chillies.

Next add roasted cumin powder, pink salt and lemon juice.

Add yogurt and blend to a smooth paste. Note that you can adjust the spice by changing the quantity of the green chillies. And the consistency of the chutney can be adjusted to your preference by adding yogurt or water. When you blend with yogurt, water is not required at all. This keeps the chutney safe for few days. You can adjust the seasonings by adding more salt and lemon juice.
