Clean, wash sarso & palak & pressure cook with ginger & carrot for 4 whistle. Then mixer it & add 2 tb. spoon,makki ka atta. Mix well

Cut onion, garlic, tomato, green chilies.In pan add oil, jeera.Add garlic, onion, tomato. Saute till done.

Add sarso, palak, haldi powder,salt,2 t,spoon. sugar,2 t,spoon. dhania powder. Boil for 5-6 minutes.
