Chop all the vegetables and beat the eggs in a bowl.

Put the oil in a pan until it is hot.

Add the garlic and the onion for about three minutes.

Now add the red pepper and the green pepper and cook for three minutes.

Then, add the beaten eggs with the salt and mix all the ingredient in the pan until the eggs are cooked.

(Optional) Add a little bit of black pepper.

You can choose to eat only this dish or you can fill arepas with it.
