Ingredients

  • 1onion, chopped in very small pieces
  • 3tomatoes, chopped and without seeds
  • 3 clovesgarlic, mashed
  • 1/2red pepper, chopped and without seeds
  • 1/2green pepper, chopped and without seeds
  • 6eggs, beaten with a fork
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • salt
  • black pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables and beat the eggs in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Put the oil in a pan until it is hot.

  3. 3

    Add the garlic and the onion for about three minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add the red pepper and the green pepper and cook for three minutes.

  5. 5

    Then, add the beaten eggs with the salt and mix all the ingredient in the pan until the eggs are cooked.

  6. 6

    (Optional) Add a little bit of black pepper.

  7. 7

    You can choose to eat only this dish or you can fill arepas with it.
