Mixed millet partha with bathua and methi leaves

Clean and wash the bathua and methi leaves separately then chopped both od them
In a mixing bowl take all flour, add powder spices then add chopped onion,green chillies and grated ginger garlic. Mix well. - 2
Add chopped methi and bathua leaves,add 1tbsp oil mix together. gradually add hot water. Mix and knead.

Make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for ten minutes.
Take the dough make medium size balls. Take one ball dust some flour on rolling board and roll the paratha. - 4
Heat griddle and put parantha on it. Apply oil on both sides and fry till it turns brown, turning regularly. Make all paranthas in this way.
