On the arrival of winter, this is our must-have snack for the family. Now my daughter loves it so my mom means here Nano definitely can’t say no to her Granddaughter so today she asked us to come over and make it with her. Well, we made it together and enjoyed this sweet #mausamkisaugaat❤️

Take gurr (jaggery) and cut it into small pieces. Take murmuray and clean it if need.

Put the gurr in a hot pot and start stirring it with the wooden spoon.

Keep stirring until it gets melted. Once all the chunks are smooth and melted. Add murmuray.

Now make the flame ow and keep mixing it.

Once murmuray and gurr are together, take the mixture with a wooden spoon and start giving a round shape. Be careful it is hot. But balls only can be made when it is hot. Keep rolling it in hands.

Roll it until it comes up in a definite round shape. Then put it in a strainer or plate to give it a rest. Once it cools down it stays in its own shape.
