Cut all vegetables into mid-size. In a pan add water & some salt, and boil baby corn pieces for 2 mins.

When removing it, add broccoli & mushroom pieces to this hot water for some time. Now in a heavy bottom pan add oil.

Roast chopped garlic till golden. Add ginger slices and saute them for 1 min, now add veggies one by one. Mix them properly.

Now add salt, and pepper & cover it with a lid. Check it after 3 to 4 min with a knife, whether it is cooked or not. Off the flame, add lemon juice, season, & walnut pieces to it.

At last garnish with roasted bread chunks. It optional. Serve it garam garam. Flatbread or quinoa is also added to this. The best & nutritious dinner is ready.
