Eggless Mawa wheat flour cake

This Christmas try making spongy mawa cake.
It's a very nice rich cake, having an awesome taste due to addition of mawa(khoya/ evaporated dried milk solid).
I have used homemade khoya made from milk but you can make khoya instantly using milk powder.

In a mixer jar, put oil, sugar, curd and khoya. Add essence. Whip mix. Add 1/4 th cup milk. Pulse the mixer till it's homogeneous.
Transfer it into a mixing bowl. - 2
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Next sieve down atta, baking powder, baking soda and salt into the homogeneous wet mixture.

Gently mix in one direction.
Add milk gradually and mix till you get a perfect smooth cake batter consistency.
Add in crushed almonds and mix gently. - 5
Pour in the prepared batter into the baking dish. Tap twice. Put kishmish on top, and it's ready to be baked!

Put this for baking in a preheated oven for baking at 180 for 20 minutes. Poke and check. If not, bake until done 👍

Remove from oven and let it come to room temperature.
Demould... decorate it as per your choice. - 9
