French Christmas Tree Macrons

Whisk eggs and granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy
Sift together flour, powdered sugar and salt. Add to the egg mixture.
Now add vanilla essence and food color if you wish to.

Pour the batter in a piping bag.

Use a stencil below the butter paper or parchment paper, pipe out the macron as per your choice of design.

Bake them in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom is slightly brown.

For the buttercream, whish butter, sugar until fluffy and light
Add cacao powder and whisk again.
Pour in a piping bag and place a dollop of the buttercream in between 2 macrons.
