Knead the dough of wheat flour salt oil and chane ka aata

Grate mooli add salt to it and leave it for 5-10 minutes, squeeze the excess water

Add ajwain, dhaniya powder, anar Dana, red chili powder, and garam masala, mix it well add chopped green coriander leaves mix well and keep aside

Take a small portion of dough and make it like small chapati apply ghee and put mooli batter in it cover it and make it like Parantha

Put on the tawa and apply ghee

Cut parantha into a small triangles,Mooli Parantha bites ready to serve with curd and amla meetha achar
