  • 1 bottleGoya mojo criollo marinade or make your own
  • Steak strips in your preferable cut. I used round top

    In either a bag that won’t leak or covered bowl place your meat and mojo marinate over night if you can’t weight that long at least 4-6 hours

  2. 2

    On medium heat place meat on pan and after 6 min flip and cook more on other side

  3. 3

    We had it with corn on the cob. Enjoy
