Make smooth dough with water, half tbs Ghee and ajwain & mangrail. Keep it aside.
Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil. Carefully pour the fresh peas into the boiling water.Remove the peas from heat after 8-10 minutes.Drain the water from the peas. - 2
Take one pan and add some oil. After 2min, Add garlic and green chilli. After 2-3 min add boiled peas and mash until the peas are thoroughly crushed. Give a good mix then add grated paneer and sauteed for 5min add crushed black pepper.

Use mixture once it is completely in room temperature with dough. Give small pieces of round shape of dough and then Stuff mixture and give round shape. It should not be very thin. I personally don't like thin paratha.
Cook paratha both the side by using iron or nonstick tawa. - 5
Use brush to spread ghee over the paratha. And enjoy your meal with green Dhaniya chutney and sweet tomatoes chutney or coriander chutney with pickle :)
