Some mushrooms diced
1big tomato chopped
Jalapeño chopped optional
1 tbspgreen taco sauce
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tsprock or black salt
Halftsp black pepper
1 tspchaat masala
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspolive oil
Sriracha sauce
Any cheese

Mix all the vegetables and add spices mentioned

Toast tortilla from one side.add cheese,Sriracha,mixture and again some cheese.

Fold it gently and toast it. Serve with salsa or sour cream
