I was so flustered about not having an oven until I discovered our microwave has a quartz grill. While I had to ready extensively to be sure I could roast my chicken in this, I still wasn’t convinced until I tried it with the minimal amount of chicken I could afford tossing to the trash

Ingredients

2drumsticks
marinade
1/2 tspminced garlic
1/2 tsppaprika
Juice of half a lemon
1 tspolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Mix together marinade ingredients and massage onto the chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight

Place chicken pieces on a heat safe rack (usually comes with the microwave) then into the microwave

Set heat level to 500W, turn on the combination button for microwave and grill. Set timer for 25 minutes, turning the drumsticks every 10 minutes for even cooking

Serve hot 😉
