Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1 boxcoconut milk
  3. Halfcup condensed milk
  4. 2 cupssticky rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash sticky rice then cook in rice cooker.

  2. 2

    In a wok add sugar and let it melt. Then add in cooked sticky rice.

  3. 3

    Add milk and stir, until its all well blended.

  4. 4

    Place in a tray and press with spatula.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle brown sugar on the top then put inside the oven. To let the sugar melt.

It seems delicious and sounds easy to prepare. 😊 Is it placed in the oven only to let the sugar melt on top? Shall I use the grill function or what temperature is recommended?
