Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsyogurt (10%)
  2. 1large cucumber
  3. 4 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 tablespoondill
  5. 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  6. 7-8 tablespoonsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Grate the garlic and add it to the yogurt.

  2. 2

Using a coarse grater, grate the cucumber, leaving some peel on and cleaning it to look striped. Grate it and then place it in a bowl, leaving it slightly curved for about 30 minutes with a little salt on top to release its juices. Drain the cucumber water as needed.

  3. 3

While waiting for the cucumber process, add all the ingredients to the yogurt and wait for the cucumber to drain. This way, the ingredients blend well in the yogurt.

  4. 4

Finally, add the cucumber, check if it needs a little salt, and it's ready for any festive or everyday table!
