Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber
  2. 2 cupsGreek yogurt
  3. 1 tablespoongarlic
  4. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoonsdill
  6. 2 tablespoonsparsley
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Shred cucumber into towel, wring out excess water
    - Combine ingredients in bowl
    - Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour
